Carl protects her from Madame Margaret and Logan from the Scorpion Gang, using her werewolf powers. Claire becomes pregnant with wolf octuples. The Mine Owner and Werewolf Hunters attack, wounding Carl with silver artifacts. Carl's Wolf King lineage awakens. Carl calms the border, and Claire is spoiled by the Wolf King.
