This drama tells the story of Shen Qingyu who, after learning she has a terminal illness with little time left, returns home to witness her husband Si He's betrayal with his mistress Pei Shuyi, and overhears their murder plot. In despair, Shen Qingyu fights with Pei Shuyi and accidentally dies. Through Shen Qingyu's experience, this drama reveals the darkness and betrayal of human nature, as well as the helplessness and struggle of terminal patients facing both fate and emotional devastation.
