Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Your written notice must include all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered by one notice).
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the exact URL(s) on dramalu.com where it can be found.
  3. Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to Send Your Notice

Email your notice to dmca@dramalu.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". Notices are typically reviewed within 2-5 business days.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address containing: identification of the removed material and its former URL; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake; your name, address, and phone number; consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which DramaLu may be found); and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringement

Material found to be infringing is removed permanently. Sources that repeatedly supply infringing material are blocked from the catalog.
